What is the difference between a plushie and a pattern?
Plushies are finished stuffed animals that will be shipped to you. Patterns are digital files for people who know how to crochet. Please ensure you are ordering the correct product. Refunds will not be given for digital files.
Are your plushies safe for children?
No. Safety eyes are secured with plastic washers on the inside. While snug, constant chewing/pulling can loosen the eye, posing a choking hazard.
How do you clean the plushies?
Your New friend can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth and a small amount of mild detergent if needed. Let air dry completely.
Do not machine wash or tumbled dry.
Do you take commissions?
I am not taking any commissions at this time.

How long will it take to get my plushie?
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing of your order, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the following business day.
How do I access my pattern?
Your digital pattern is sent to the email that was used during check out. Please check your email and junk folder for the download link. If you are still unable to access your pattern please reach out to info@knottynoms.com.
What countries do you ship to?
At the moment we are only shipping within the United States.

Do you accept returns?
Returns and Refunds are not accepted or given for digital files or plushies.
I misspelled my email during check out, can I get a refund?
Since our patterns are delivered digitally via email, please take a moment to confirm that your email address is entered correctly at checkout. Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot offer refunds if your pattern is sent to an incorrect or misspelled email address.
